In 2024, the inaugural Forget Me Not Ball raised an incredible $64,000, establishing the Forget Me Not Geelong Dementia Fund at the Barwon Health Foundation. Every cent raised goes directly to supporting dementia research and clinical trials in Geelong, in partnership with Barwon Health and Deakin University.

This year’s Forget Me Not Ball takes cues from Baz Luhrmann’s iconic 1996 ‘Romeo + Juliet.’ Think candlelit chaos, forbidden love, velvet, mesh metallic halos, tequila and tragic beauty…all for a cause that matters deeply.
Tickets include yummy food, champagne on arrival, cocktails, beer, wine, softies, live music, entertainment, games + surprises.
